The Senior Advisor - Assurance plays a key role in the development and mentoring of Graduates and Advisors. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: * Review and assessment of governance frameworks and strategies * Evaluating client’s business control processes * Supporting non-financial audits of client systems, processes and projects * Supporting assessment of client compliance with relevant standards and regulations * Undertaking technical analysis in support of senior staff * Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure cost effective solutions to address identified risk and issues are negotiated and implemented in a timely manner. * Contributing to the development of the strategic and operational plans for the Risk & Assurance Service line * Manage the planning and delivery of assignments * Developing internal and external networks to grow the Risk & Assurance service Internal reporting, including client, sales pipeline and revenue reports What you will bring to the team: * Degree qualification in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar discipline or: * Degree qualification in engineering with post graduate qualification in business, accounting or governance * 7+ years industry experience in a recognised consulting, corporate or regulatory environment * Experience working in/on audit, governance or compliance frameworks and application to major projects * Excellent business acumen * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills * Proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Strong project management skills #LI-MG1 Interested? - Apply Now GHD is an equal opportunity employer, and we want everyone to be able to fully participate in our recruitment process.
