About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi As a Senior Advisor Brand, you’ll be part of our Brand and Identity team within the External Engagement function, playing a key role in bringing ACC’s purpose driven, customer-centric brand to life. You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of our newly launched behaviour change content aimed at encouraging people to take an active role in their recovery following a non-serious injury. You’ll also lead research projects and collaborate across ACC to champion the brand through a range of projects that strengthen both internal and external engagement. This is an 8-month fixed term opportunity located in Wellington. In this role, you will: Manage content for broad engagement campaigns, working with creative, media and research agencies. Build strong relationships with external partners to deliver high quality campaign outcomes. Support a comprehensive brand research plan and turn insights into action. Ensure ACC’s brand shows up consistently across owned channels. Influence and lead the role of brand on projects of significance. Champion and educate internal stakeholders on the value of brand. About you | Mōu A qualification in marketing or a related field. Deep and demonstrated knowledge of brand theory and best practice. 5 or more years of experience in brand marketing, managing projects or campaigns with multiple stakeholders. Proven experience in briefing and working with external agencies. Experience delivering large behaviour change campaigns. Strong understanding of digital and social marketing channels. Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative brand research. Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills. The appointing salary for this role will sit between $119,161 and $142,993 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution.
