    About the Role
    Working within a team of passion marketing, graphic design and content developers, champion the icare brand across NSW by leading the design, delivery, and evaluation of internal and/or external campaigns, marketing projects and brand initiatives that enhance icare’s reputation. Partner with the business to deliver integrated communication and provide brand and marketing advice that is aligned to our vision and purpose and helps foster our culture of storytelling.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant experience in brand, public relations or marketing in an agency or in-house environment
  • Tertiary qualification (at degree level) in marketing, public relations or communication or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through practical industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Responsibilities

DUTIES

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Senior Advisor, Brand and Marketing you will:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of icare’s brand strategy and supporting marketing activities to enhance brand reputation and icare’s purpose of caring for the people of NSW.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to help icare build and maintain a strong brand image and support the delivery of its marketing campaign.
  • Manage the development of quality whole-of-business/corporate brand materials for new and established platforms that tell the icare story.
  • Lead the update and review program of icare’s digital and print marketing collateral in consultation with the Creative Services team.
  • Assist the Manager to embed the icare brand with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist the Manager to lead the execution of icare’s partnership strategy by providing advice and support coordinating the delivery of tactical and promotional activities.
