At Trillium Health Partners (THP) we are committed to delivering a new kind of health care for a healthier community. To achieve this, we are working to connect more than ever before to our patients and families, our partners in the delivery of health care and to one another: all 17,000 staff, physicians, volunteers and learners who work here at THP.
THP is seeking a creative, collaborative Senior Communications Advisor to drive digital strategy, content production and execution that will bring the organization’s strategic plan and brand to life while supporting hospital operations and organizational priorities. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Media and Creative Services, the role works in partnership with a multidisciplinary team, including a team specializing in video production, social media, design, web, and communications, to deliver cohesive, high-impact digital content across platforms.
The Senior Communications Advisor will collaborate closely with clinicians, communicators and strategists to produce innovative, audience-first work that engages internal partners, patients and caregivers, the community, donors, the broader health care community and government. As a key contributor on high-impact projects, the role supports the planning and execution of digital communications in alignment with organizational strategy. Success in this role requires strong digital strategy expertise, excellent project management skills, deep knowledge of digital platforms, and a focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Self-directed, creative, and solutions-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices in digital communications.
  • A collaborative team player with sound judgment and a sense of personal accountability, values shared success and recognizes the contributions of others.
  • Previous experience and/or understanding of the health care sector is considered a definite asset.
