About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Communications and Engagement to join People & Culture. Reporting to the Manager Internal Communications, this role supports the delivery of strategic internal communication and engagement plans across a large, complex organisation. You will provide trusted, senior level advice and guidance to leaders and executive leaders, partnering with them to enable strong organisational engagement and positive outcomes for our kaimahi. This opportunity is suited to someone already operating at a senior advisor level, with a strong focus on multi‑channel communications, content creation and curation, and supporting operational and frontline teams through clear, impactful communication. This is a permanent opportunity ideally located in Wellington. About you | Mōu * Significant experience delivering organisational communications and engagement initiatives within large, complex environments. * Demonstrated experience managing and delivering multi‑channel communications, with a strong emphasis on content creation and curation. * Experience providing trusted advice and communications support to senior leaders and executive leaders, including partnering with them to shape messages and approaches. * Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels. * The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines. * Technical expertise in SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to optimise communication channels and content * Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to relationship management and stakeholder engagement.   Working at ACC | Mō ACC At ACC, we embrace the rich tapestry of Aotearoa New Zealand’s cultures and are dedicated to providing equitable opportunities.
