Description

Temporary position for 12 months

As a senior international cooperative development advisor, you help establish priorities and initiatives pertaining to international cooperative development, democratic life, sustainability, and governance and social responsibility rule-making related to the organization’s policies and democratic governance (including administration of the board of directors and its sub-committees). You lead development projects and strategic initiatives that are complex and innovative. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your specialty area. • Develop and update positions, policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
  • Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
  • Represent your unit before decision-making bodies
  • Represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external partners and organizations
