ESV has experienced tremendous growth in our Corporate & International Tax practice over the last 18 months and as such are now looking for a senior advisor with corporate tax experience to join this incredible team.

The team's primary areas of focus are tax structuring, tax due diligence, transaction implementation and tax compliance services.

• Our tax team provide strategic tax consulting in the areas of;Corporate and international tax
• Reviewing tax provisions
• Deferred tax calculations
• Preparation of detailed memorandums of advice (we do some really interesting work)
• Tax controversary

You will be mentored by an exceptional Manager and Partner (both ex big 4) who will be invested in your success, training and development from Day 1.

• Qualifications for SuccessMinimum of 4 years in a professional practice with corporate tax experience
• Ability to manage large and complex groups and clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work autonomously.
• CA or part CA qualified.
