ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer with a strong background in the mining industry, particularly in Value Chain analytics and forecasting. This role will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the mining value chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain reporting Standards for all governed reports to be developed against to ensure consistency and quality.
• Play a key role in ensuring both vendor and internal reporting teams adhere to these standards through established governance processes.
• Contribute forward-thinking ideas to evolve and enhance the reporting framework in alignment with future business needs.
• Provide training and support to report developers, particularly in resolving complex technical challenges.
• Assist in setting up large and complex projects for success by establishing clear Agile cadences and frameworks from the outset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Integrate and model data from multiple sources systems, production databases, and forecasting tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance in all reporting outputs.
