Ready to lead safety and compliance at one of WA’s premier gold operations? Macmahon is seeking a confident and experienced Senior HSEQ Advisor to join our team at Tropicana. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting safe, efficient, and compliant outcomes across site operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Demonstrate Safety Leadership and improve the Safety Culture through developing line capability in delivering their safety accountabilities.
  • Comply with Macmahon incident management procedures especially ensuring notification, reporting and investigation timeframes are achieved.
  • Continually review, propose and where approved, contribute to the development of improved safety systems and procedures to optimize safety services provided at TGM for life of mine.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with all key TGM, AGAA, AGA, Joint Venture (JV), government, regulatory and other significant stakeholders to continually deliver TGMs long term success.
  • Build and develop one’s own and contribute to the development of Safety Team department talent and capability to deliver the department strategy.
