Other locations may be considered for the right candidate. Work closely with an increasingly diversified range of clients to help visualise and achieve their goals with commitment, integrity and innovation. You will oversee the delivery of infrastructure asset valuation projects from procurement through to sign off, and you will actively promote and support the continued development and growth of the team.   The Role: * Contribute towards growing the capacity, capability, skills and reputation of infrastructure valuations in the asset and network performance team to become the leading consultant of choice within New Zealand. * Study new and developing trends across the sectors to align with WSP company values and strategic goals, sharing new learnings with our team, the wider business and our clients.  * Contribute to the success of our business in meeting its business and strategic objectives by providing appropriate technical advice and ensuring effective management of clients, staff and projects. * Prepare expressions of interest and project proposals and assist in larger competitive tender processes as part of a larger bid team. * Engage in business development activities, including meetings and events with clients, under the leadership of company client relationship managers.  * Proactively promote sound asset valuation practices  * Manage the successful delivery of asset valuations tasks and projects * Prepare and review asset schedules and infrastructure valuations, including data collection, analysis and reporting in support of our three core business sectors (Buildings, Water and Transport).  * Undertake a broad range of infrastructure valuation analysis tasks, including:  * Carry out and review specialised asset valuations for financial and insurance purposes.  * Prepare and review reports.  * Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.  * Act as a technical support to the team and develop skills towards becoming a technical expert.  * Participate/provide input in the planning of projects including project management to correctly scope out tasks, with appropriate inputs, outputs and verification activities.  * Produce research, feasibility studies and subsequent reporting suitable for client presentation.  * Ensure that all work undertaken is in accordance with appropriate professional and technical standards and practices. * Carry out verification activities and technical reviews of projects.    About you: * 5+ years experience in infrastructure financial asset management, specialised asset valuations or applicable equivalent field * Relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree * Strong organisational skills  * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to present ideas, information and advice in a way that is understandable by a range of audiences. * Proven project management and business development experience     Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
