About the role As a member of the IQ Sig team supporting critical Department of War missions, you will be expected to devote your full professional time and attention to providing expertise as the Senior Advisor, International Strategic Engagement in direct support for SOLIC at the General Officer, Senior Executive Service (SES), and GS-15/O-6 levels. What you'll do You will contribute to strengthening national security outcomes by providing authoritative insight and trusted counsel to senior leaders navigating complex challenges and making high-impact decisions. Your responsibilities will include shaping enterprise-level strategies, advising on complex operational matters, support preparation for international conferences, senior leader engagements, bilateral meetings, and multinational forums, and influencing the development of policy and national security objectives. Additional responsibilities include coordinating country engagement activities, supporting after-action reviews and assessments, developing executive briefings and strategic documentation, and facilitating collaboration amongst government, interagency, coalition, and international stakeholders. You will be expected to synthesize information from multiple sources, including intelligence reporting, operational insights, policies, and stakeholder feedback, to support informed decision-making and mission execution. Qualifications Top Secret Clearance Direct hands-on experience supporting the core responsibilities above for at least 7 years. This role requires seasoned judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively within highly sensitive national security environments. The pay range for this position is between $180,000 and $220,000 per year. This position is benefits-eligible.
