POSITION OVERVIEW

BDC is currently looking for a Senior Advisor, Organizational Transformation and Change Management experienced to support its transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of Organizational Transformation and Change Management, this person will work closely with the various internal partners and provide consulting services, support and guidance to the organization, managers and teams impacted in the management of changes and transformation projects. The incumbent of this position will play a strategic role and develop strong business relationships, but will also have to demonstrate a solid execution approach to federate the various stakeholders and put them into action quickly.
