We are building our team of Change Management professionals within CGI!
We want you on our team!
Working closely with the Director of Change Management, the senior advisor will play an instrumental role in leading and supporting transformational change programs/initiatives.
Work Location: Downtown, Toronto

ABOUT US:
Our change practice at CGI is small but rapidly growing. We collaborate with our clients to lead and support both their transitional and transformational change programs. Our work includes change management planning and delivery for system implementations and other technology change, process, policy and governance changes as well as longer-term, transformational efforts that affect organizational design, learning, leadership structures and culture.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years experience as a Change Management specialist in a large scale organizations driving change management methodologies and activities. Experience within a large financial services and/or banking an asset.
- Undergraduate or Graduate Degree, and continuing education certification/equivalent in the fields of organizational change, organizational behaviour, leadership and/or communications.
- Relevant Change Management Accreditation an asset.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will work across a diverse client portfolio, leading and supporting change and people initiatives both big and small. Our clients look to us to build and deliver their change plans and operational readiness activities and as a result, our team gets to really understand our client’s world, their strategic priorities and walks the change path with them to implementation and beyond.
Our change projects are diverse however almost all require the specialist knowledge and hands-on experience designing and delivering change activities including; change readiness assessments and planning, stakeholder analysis, training design and delivery, communications and sustainment activities.
As a start-up practice at CGI, we are also looking for someone who is willing and able to further refine and evolve our service offering. You will enjoy building and enhancing tools, methodologies, collateral, and thought leadership pieces to establish a suite of practices and materials to leverage with our clients and to build new client relationships.
