Job Description As a Senior Advisor, Total Rewards, you will help launch our new enterprise-wide Recognition Program. This is a unique opportunity to shape a signature program that celebrates our people and reinforces a culture of appreciation across all levels of the organization. As a strategic project leader, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and business leaders to translate our recognition strategy into a fully operational and sustainable program that aligns with our values, leadership expectations, and employee experience goals. Team Description The Total Rewards team is responsible for developing and delivering compensation, benefits, and retirement programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across CPP Investments. We partner closely with Talent and business leaders to design programs that are equitable, competitive, and aligned with our enterprise strategy and culture of performance and appreciation. This role reports to the Director, Pension & Benefits Programs. Accountabilities: Design and implement the global recognition framework, including program categories, governance model, and operational processes aligned with the Integrated Career Framework. Lead end-to-end program delivery, partnering with internal stakeholders and an external vendor to configure, test, and launch the recognition platform within defined timelines and budgets. Develop communication, change management, and training resources to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term sustainability of the program. Collaborate across global and regional teams to ensure inclusivity, local relevance, and alignment with organizational priorities. Monitor and report on program impact, leveraging data, dashboards, and feedback to identify insights and continuous improvement opportunities. Provide ongoing governance and guidance, documenting standards and building internal capability for effective program ownership post-launch. Qualifications Undergraduate degree or college diploma in related field. Post-secondary degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline; CHRP/CHRL designation or PMP/Lean Six Sigma certification considered an asset 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Corporate Recognition programs, Organizational Development, or Total Rewards (with emphasis on recognition or engagement). Demonstrated expertise supporting the design, implementation, and management of recognition or employee engagement programs in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of HR technology, data analytics, and vendor management. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels. Strategic thinker who can combine design creativity with operational excellence.
