About the Role: The Workforce Planning, Reporting and Systems Team is seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Advisor, to support evidence‑based workforce decision‑making across the organisation. This role plays an important part in delivering high‑quality workforce intelligence to inform both strategic and operational planning in a complex health environment. The Senior Advisor is responsible for managing workforce data reporting, including the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of Power BI workforce dashboards. The role involves analysing workforce data to identify trends and insights, supporting the development of consistent workforce reporting metrics, and ensuring information is accurate, timely and fit for purpose. The role also works closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate complex workforce data into practical insights. This position will be well suited to an individual with a strong attention to detail, sound analytical skills and a proactive approach to work. The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to providing professional and responsive service to stakeholders, with the ability to translate data into clear, meaningful information to support decision‑making.
