Accountabilities As a Senior AEM Full Stack Developer, you will: Design and implement customized solutions for web development using AEM. Validate, debug, and maintain implementations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope. Follow best practices for code quality, scalability, and maintainability. Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to peers and junior developers. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development. Advanced proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills for interacting with US clients. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Nice-to-have: Experience in full-stack development beyond AEM (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Experience in client-facing roles with regular project updates and technical discussions.
