QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years in affiliate marketing, partner development, or performance media
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume campaigns, ideally in regulated verticals (insurance or finance)
• Strong working knowledge of affiliate platforms like Everflow, Impact, or CAKE
• Analytical thinker with comfort in KPIs, margin metrics, and ROI optimization
• Familiar with lead validation systems (e.g., Anura, ActiveProspect, MediaAlpha)
• Structured communicator, comfortable in meetings with internal teams and partners
