Job Description - Identify, recruit, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliate partners to drive program growth. - Configure and manage tracking systems and ensure seamless integration with affiliate platforms. - Conduct negotiations, establish deal terms, and finalize agreements with affiliates to meet business objectives. - Analyze campaign performance, optimize results, and negotiate traffic deals to maximize ROI. - Monitor affiliate activities for compliance and fraud, taking corrective actions to mitigate risks. - Ensure timely and accurate commission payouts to affiliates, maintaining transparency and trust. Qualifications - 2+ years in affiliate marketing (iGaming vertical). - Proficiency in tracking systems and affiliate platforms. - Understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid models. - Strong ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI. - Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or similar data analysis tools. - Proven ability to negotiate deals and build long-term partnerships. - Experience in identifying and preventing fraudulent activities in affiliate marketing. - Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Ukrainian; additional languages are a plus.
