Senior Affiliate Manager We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to take ownership of high-impact client portfolios and scale performance through smart strategy, strong relationships, and hands-on execution. You’ll lead affiliate programs end-to-end setting direction, optimizing performance, and mentoring a team to deliver measurable results. Location: Only candidates based in or able to work from Plymouth, UK will be considered. What You’ll Do Own affiliate strategy: Build and evolve tailored plans aligned to client goals, KPIs, and growth targets Lead execution: Run day-to-day program operations, campaigns, and optimizations Deliver results: Analyze performance, forecast outcomes, and continuously improve ROI Grow partnerships: Recruit, activate, and negotiate with top-tier affiliates to unlock new revenue Advise clients: Present insights, influence decisions, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders Strengthen programs: Drive acquisition and retention initiatives across the affiliate channel Ensure excellence: Oversee reporting, budgets, compliance, and promotional execution Lead meetings: Run client reviews and strategy sessions to maintain satisfaction and retention Solve problems: Act as escalation point for client, partner, and program issues What You Bring Proven success managing affiliate or performance marketing programs Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action Skilled communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders Track record of building and expanding partner ecosystems Leadership experience with a passion for developing talent What's in it for you?
