This is a unique opportunity to transform our affiliate and partner program from a functional channel into a strategic competitive advantage. You will identify, recruit, and nurture high-value relationships with content creators, consultants, and strategic partners who share our passion for productivity. By empowering these partners to evangelize ClickUp, you will unlock new audiences, drive high-quality user acquisition, and solidify our position as the all-in-one platform that makes the world more productive. The Role: Architect and scale a global partner ecosystem to serve as a growth engine for ClickUp Transform the affiliate and partner program into a strategic competitive advantage Identify, recruit, and nurture high-value relationships with content creators, consultants, and strategic partners Empower partners to evangelize ClickUp and unlock new audiences Drive high-quality user acquisition and scale customer acquisition efficiently in a competitive market Double partner-sourced monthly LTV within 12 months while maintaining LTV/CAC efficiency Establish a clear baseline and reporting framework for program performance Recruit and onboard new, high-impact partners diversified across key categories Increase partner activation rate by developing and launching onboarding flows, resource centers, and communication cadences Audit and optimize program infrastructure, including platform, tracking, and commission structure Implement partner tiers to incentivize and reward top performers Create and present an 18-month strategic plan for program evolution, including international expansion, co-marketing campaigns, and technology partner integrations Qualifications: Direct, hands-on experience managing or playing a pivotal role in an affiliate/partnerships program with an eight-figure annual payout budget. Proven ability to manage thousands of partner relationships and implement sophisticated tracking, fraud prevention, and automated payment systems Experience designing partner tiers, commission models, and long-term channel strategies Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate partners Data-driven mindset; fluent in partnership marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, commission payouts) Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack) and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach Strong negotiation and influence skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders Bonus: Experience managing affiliate/partner programs for B2B SaaS companies, pre-existing relationships in the productivity or future-of-work content creator community, and a deep understanding of ClickUp's product and mission Salary and Benefits At ClickUp, we believe in transparency and fairness in compensation.
