Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Identify and source high-value affiliate partnerships across health, wellness, groceries, tech, retail, and lifestyle — aligned with our user base and product offerings.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures, ensuring mutual value and clear performance metrics.
  • Onboard and operationalise partners within the Onsi platform — including writing and uploading content, tracking codes, and maintaining up-to-date offer details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, legal, ops) to ensure smooth integration and user experience.
  • Monitor partner performance and user engagement; proactively optimise offers and partnerships for maximum impact.
  • Stay current on market trends and new opportunities in the affiliate space.
