• Take ownership of T&C and maintenance of Socomec UPS systems in UAE and the Middle East.
• Act as the senior technical reference for troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and complex system integrations.
• Lead service delivery for major accounts (Data Centers, Banking, Healthcare, Government, etc.).
• Support the deployment of new Socomec UPS technologies and provide training to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Socomec and customer safety standards at all times.
• Deliver professional customer reports and feedback within defined timelines.
• Update ERP/CRM systems with accurate and real-time service data.
• Identify and share upgrade and replacement opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Reports directly to the Middle East Service Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical experience).
• 5+ years of proven field experience with Socomec UPS systems.
• Strong exposure to major accounts and critical infrastructures.
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus; French is an advantage).High flexibility to travel across the Middle East (~30%).
