Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Senior Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Nuneaton. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have, whilst assisting with running and ensuring the profitable operation of the service department. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday – Friday with Saturday AM’s on a rota (1 in 3) with a basic salary of up to £31,000 and an OTE of £37,500 and will report to the Aftersales Manager. We will also be looking for the following skills: ü Excellent organisational and administrative skills ü Great attention to detail ü Experience using computer software systems, ideally Kerridge ü Previous management/supervisor experience would be highly advantageous Key Responsibilities and Duties In the role of Senior Service Advisor, you will be expected to assist the Aftersales manager to drive and grow the profitability of the service department, through effective supervision of the service team. Focusing on maintaining customer loyalty by providing outstanding customer satisfaction. Your key duties will include: · Assisting the aftersales manager in the day to day running of the service department · Advising customers using the company systems and resource to ensure complete customer satisfaction · Ensuring quotes and charges are recorded accurately, and invoices and paid inline with AMG guidelines · Working in collaboration with the sales department, to ensure the cohesive running of the site.
