To oversee and manage all aspects of complex works packages, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsible for providing leadership to construction teams, coordinating with various stakeholders, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during construction process.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supply chain engagement, monthly engagement meeting subcontractors and supervisors.
  • Lead pre-starts with supply chain and their mobilisation of the project.
  • Accountable for RAMs, procedures and SSOW are in place throughout project.
  • Programme delivery management for the holistic part of their project or the whole project including logic and sequencing resolutions with wider project requirements.
  • Compliance and integration of credit rules between both planner and site operations.
  • Oversee the priority allocation of resources and logistics.
  • Accountable for plant and access of the project ensuring that the facilitating of critical activities in the required sequence.
  • Understanding Supply Chain Scope and Contract as well as ensuring the wider construction team use decision-making with this understanding.
  • Experience implementing and understanding Health & Safety Legislation.
