What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for community-related work according to business objectives and requirements. Maintain enthusiasm and patiently answer users’ queries, deeply explore users’ needs and values, and provide feedback. Capable of executing key actions in community operations, achieving conversion goals. What We Look For in You: Bachelor degree or above, with excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China/ Hong Kong Mandarin speaking counterparts. Proficient in problem identification, summarization, and sharing, with a deep understanding of operational role and a clear career plan. Possesses strong learning ability, execution capability, and good stress tolerance. Willingly to work according to given schedule to support 24x7 (i.e. 9am to 6pm; 2pm to 11pm) operations. Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
