We are looking for a proactive and analytical Senior Agent eCommerce B2B to join our B2B Product Management team at SIXT. In this role, you'll conduct daily quality checks, analyze performance data, and play a key part in optimizing our eCommerce channel — especially within the dynamic US market. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You support with reporting and data analysis
You ensure process/service quality, for example, by performing daily quality checks
You help to identify trends and optimize potential for our eCommerce channel
You contribute to the development and realization of process improvements
You collaborate with product, telesales and engineering teams on user journey enhancements
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience 3+ years of professional experience in eCommerce or digital Product Management
Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for performance optimization
Technical Proficiency Familiar with tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and other BI/reporting platforms
Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business or a related field
