About the CTO Organization Ceva’s CTO organization drives innovation in AI, software development, and DSP architectures, empowering engineering teams with intelligent technologies that enhance performance, accelerate development, and strengthen Ceva’s leadership in processor IP and embedded software solutions. Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Specialist to design and implement next-generation coding assistants and intelligent developer tools. You will architect agentic AI systems that combine large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks, implement prototypes and adopt them to production-ready systems. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end LLM-based agent systems and retrieval pipelines. Develop and optimize RAG frameworks for internal documentation and C/C++ codebases. · Implement tool-calling and orchestration for intelligent, multi-step reasoning. · Lead fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of AI models. · Build prototypes and roadmap their transition to full-scale production. · Collaborate with software, compiler, and SDK teams to ensure scalability and performance. · Explore emerging AI technologies to enhance Ceva’s developer tools. Requirements BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience in agentic AI or LLM-based assistant development. Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases. Proficiency in Python and LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph). Experience with fine-tuning or training code-focused models. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Advantages: Prior work on coding assistants, AI copilots, or developer productivity tools. Solid foundation in C/C++ toolchains, compiler extensions, and performance optimization.
