Ciklum is looking for a Senior Agentic Engineer to join our team in Argentina. About the role: As a Senior Agentic Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experience of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project focused on building advanced agentic automation solutions that integrate RPA, LLMs, and enterprise systems to enable intelligent, scalable decision-making workflows in regulated environments. Responsibilities: * Author Solution Design Documents defining integrations between UiPath, LLMs, and legacy systems * Build modular and scalable automations using UiPath ReFramework with robust error handling and state management * Integrate UiPath GenAI Activities, Document Understanding, and external APIs to connect AI reasoning with execution * Design and manage complex JSON/XML data exchanges and API integrations using UiPath Integration Service * Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator including Assets, Queues, and Triggers while overseeing Automation Ops standards * Conduct code reviews, define best practices, and mentor junior developers Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in RPA with at least 3 years leading end-to-end UiPath delivery in financial services or regulated environments * UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification * Expert-level proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Apps * Strong skills in .NET (C# or VB.NET), SQL, and complex Regex for data manipulation * Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and handling complex JSON schemas * Hands-on experience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, and LLM integrations * Deep knowledge of Robotic Enterprise Framework (ReFramework) and its customization * Ability to present technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders Personal skills: * Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex technical challenges * High level of ownership and commitment to delivering reliable, production-ready solutions * Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across teams * Strong documentation skills for creating clear technical materials and runbooks * Growth mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies * Strong English communication skills in global environments What`s in it for you? * Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
