Responsibilities

Your days will consist of guiding our product teams, various leadership teams, and individuals. You never stop thinking and acting in ways that can help set the OMP organization up for success, and you keep experimenting with innovative ways of working. You know there is never an end state, and you know that you need to be a dedicated and trustworthy guide, mentor, and role model. You are not afraid of challenging the status quo in a respectful way and asking difficult, but sometimes uncomfortable, questions.

You will:

  • Support leadership teams, Heads of Product, and other key partners in strengthening Agile ways of working.
  • Help grow and sustain thriving product teams who work closely with their customers.
  • Support our continuing digital transformation and help our teams master the ability to work towards outcome-driven quarterly goals.
  • Teach individuals and teams the importance of transparency, feedback, and reflections and how to act on these.
  • Engage with partners at all levels to bridge teams and domains, so we work as ONE LEGO team.
  • Facilitate retrospectives, navigate conflicts, and establish coaching contracts to define clear goals and evaluate progress every three months.
  • Act as a main contact for product teams in Copenhagen and Billund, balancing strategic leadership support with hands-on coaching.
