As a Senior Project Manager within Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) Change and Digital Innovation (CDi) team, you will work as part of the Change Lab structure managed within the Project Management Pool. Promoting best practice in project management you will ensure that SCTS policy and procedures maintain quality assurance levels of a high standard.
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for undertaking a portfolio of change programmes to modernise the delivery of its services, underpinned by technology. The Change Labs are looking for Senior Project Manager/Delivery Managers to join the team to lead on planning, supporting the team to achieve a high level of performance and quality, and deliver a portfolio of agile projects that can demonstrably deliver high business value to users and stakeholders. The successful candidate will work closely with the delivery teams of project managers.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver areas of improvement, and support the business in achieving their requirements, supporting their strategic vision and delivering the improvements that allow senior stakeholders to realise tangible benefits.
As a senior project manager your responsibilities will include:
You will plan and lead projects as part of a cross-functional agile team, actively contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives. You will manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships both internally and externally in collaboration with the Product Owner and Head of Lab. This will involve communication with internal teams and, at times, external service users. You will develop a deep understanding of your area of work and be responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes using the SCTS Change Framework LOAD/LOAD Lite.
