Senior Agribusiness Manager 12 month fixed term role Based in Te Puke Mō te tūranga | About the Role Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high quality, medium to larger scale Agribusiness Customers. Working closely with your credit analysts and product partners, you will develop and deliver the best strategy and financial solution using innovation and insight to truly add value and become a trusted advisor. You will develop new and existing relationships with key customers, provide expert lending advice and financial solutions, drive efficiencies and create deeper client coverage and engagement. Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? Your proactive work ethic will ensure you are able to build better solutions for our Agribusiness customers. You will have a passion for the agribusiness industry, be tertiary qualified with either an Agribusiness or Business discipline and have relevant banking/lending, business or farming experience. In addition, you will have: 5 + years Relationship Manager/Banker experience within the Banking/Financial services industry is essential with a preference for experience in Agribusiness Banking Comprehensive understanding of business/commercial and farm management practices History of delighting customers in a service capacity Ability to recognise areas of opportunity, to adapt and innovate and to drive productivity Strong understanding of risk and portfolio management.
