YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop innovative AI & data solutions to address complex business challenges.
2. Collaborate with clients across various levels of the organization to understand their needs and develop tailored AI and data strategies.
3. Build and lead a team of AI & data experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
4. Stay updated on the latest AI and data developments and incorporate relevant trends.
5. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, consulting with executive-level clients on their key business objectives and securing alignment on a vision and roadmap.
6. Act as a thought leader in Data, Analytics, and AI, supporting internal teams with service evolution, consulting methodologies, marketing collateral, and proposals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience across the full strategic consulting lifecycle, from pre-sales to delivery.
3. Hands-on experience in researching, designing, and implementing AI solutions.
4. Deep expertise in data, with a track record of successful solutions.
5. Familiarity with a broad tech stack, including:
   Programming languages: Python, R, Java, Scala
   Machine Learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
   Big Data technologies: Hadoop, Spark
   Database technologies: SQL, NoSQL
   Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
   Language Models: Familiarity with LLMs such as GPT-3, BERT
   Non-relational/graphical database solutions: Neo4j, Relational.ai
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically
