VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a Senior AI & Automation Engineer to join our agile Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team. This role involves managing and maintaining automation processes across both market-leading and in-house RPA products. The individual will be responsible for ensuring production readiness, mentoring junior colleagues, and engaging with stakeholders to deliver seamless automation solutions. What you will do Review and approve newly developed automations for production, ensuring alignment with established standards. Maintain the production environment using incident, change, and problem management protocols. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders as part of daily operations. Mentor and onboard junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for business lines. Who you are Holds a graduation degree in technology. Brings 5-10 years of experience in RPA development, solution design, or automation operations. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in UiPath, including development, orchestration, and troubleshooting. Possesses strong coding skills in languages such as Python, C#, or Node.js. Understands software development best practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Has experience working in international, distributed teams and cross-functional environments. Confident in liaising and influencing stakeholders at all organisational levels.
