We are seeking a Senior Developer with deep experience in AI Automation and Prompt Engineering to revolutionize how dealerships and automotive groups leverage generative AI. This is an advanced-level role that combines expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), automation systems, and prompt engineering.
This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, marketing automation, and generative AI, helping build intelligent solutions that streamline customer engagement, lead follow-up, content generation, and internal operations.
Automotive marketing experience is a strong plus, especially if you’ve worked with Dealer CRM systems, inventory feeds, digital advertising, or campaign automation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of backend or full-stack development (Python, Node.js, or C#/.NET preferred)
• 1–2+ years’ experience with LLMs and prompt engineering in production settings
• Strong understanding of API integration (RESTful, webhooks, OAuth)
• Hands-on experience with building solutions using AI code assistants and using agents and generative tools to expedite product delivery
• Experience deploying or integrating with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or RAG-based pipelines
• Solid experience in the automotive retail or marketing tech space, or strong familiarity with dealer workflows and digital campaigns, a plus!
• Experience working with automotive data feeds (e.g., inventory, pricing, incentives), preferred
• Familiarity with automotive marketing platforms, a plus!
• Exposure to chatbot development for lead capture and enhanced consumer experiences, preferred
• Experience with A/B testing AI-generated content in marketing campaigns, preferred

• Engineer scalable prompt pipelines using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) to support marketing use cases like ad copy generation, email responses, VIN content creation, and chatbot workflows
• Build and maintain automation workflows that connect LLMs to automotive marketing platforms (e.g., CRM/DMS, VDPs, website chat, ad platforms)
• Develop backend services/APIs that support real-time or batch-based AI workflows (e.g., price markdown triggers, lead response bots)
• Integrate AI systems with our data and internal services
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to identify use cases for AI-driven efficiency and personalization
• Contribute to system architecture, code quality, and mentoring junior engineers
