MAX PAY – DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE:

$168,100.00 USD Annual

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree and seven (7) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Team player who is able to collaborate and effectively communicate with team members and showcase qualities of servant leadership.
• Proven experience and ability to lead engineering teams, foster innovation, and drive AI adoption across organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong background in deep learning, LLM fine-tuning, and vector databases.
• 5+ years of experience in AWS cloud services, including SageMaker, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, and S3.
• Expertise in Python, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
• Experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications with seamless cloud integrations and experience in writing and maintaining infrastructure via Terraform.
• Strong understanding of embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and scalable AI architectures particularly on AWS.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to translate AI capabilities into strategic value.
• Experience with Enterprise Education systems such as Canvas, Salesforce and Service Now
• Familiarity with multi-modal AI applications and autonomous Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience in building AI-powered recommendation systems, search engines, or interactive AI assistants.
• Background in AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI development practices.
• Demonstrated ability to model empathy, compassion, and emotional intelligence.
