Lead AI-enabled digital transformation – Act as a senior consultant, driving large-scale digital and AI transformation initiatives on a complex telco transformation program that includes advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) use cases. Bridge Business, AI, and Technology – Translate business and operational challenges into AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment between telco domain needs, data platforms, enterprise IT solutions and GenAI capabilities. Advise Senior Stakeholders – Work closely with C-level executives and senior leaders on the client side, supporting strategic decision-making around AI adoption, operating model changes, regulatory considerations, and value realization. Drive Roadmaps & Execution – Support the definition of transformation roadmaps, project scopes, and execution plans, ensuring measurable business outcomes and timely delivery. Deliver Digital, Data & AI Solutions – Contribute to data visualization, analytics, model development, and AI application rollouts, ensuring solutions integrate smoothly into enterprise systems. Qualifications What You Need to Apply 4–5 years of experience in digital transformation, AI-driven consulting, or data-focused product roles Experience in enterprise IT system implementation, preferably in telecommunications, including the assessment, design, and planning of complex enterprise IT landscapes. Strong understanding of AI, data analytics, and practical Generative AI applications Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and support C-level discussions Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn business problems into AI-enabled solutions Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client-facing communication skills Proficiency in English (written and spoken) High adaptability, structured thinking, and a proactive consulting mindset Nice to Have: Background at a Big 4 consultancy or strategy/technology advisory role Hands-on exposure to Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory environments Additional Information We're Hiflylabs, a vibrant team of 250+ data and tech enthusiasts based in Budapest.
