ANTEA USA, INC. (ANTEA®GROUP) IS SEEKING A SENIOR AI & DATA MANAGER WITH DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE LEADING STRATEGY, DEVELOPMENT, AND DELIVERY OF AI AND DATA INITIATIVES TO JOIN OUR TECHNOLOGY TEAM.

In this role, you will report to the Director of Technology and lead both the AI & Data Engineering and Data Management teams. You’ll ensure alignment with organizational priorities while fostering innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. This position calls for a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen—serving as product owner, mentor, and trusted advisor in advancing Antea Group’s digital transformation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in AI, data, or related technology leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven ability to contribute to strategy and lead execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), AI/ML frameworks, and enterprise data management.
  • Experience managing technical managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Track record of delivering complex solutions with measurable business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executives and technical teams alike.
  • Product ownership experience with backlog management and stakeholder alignment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Nice to Have:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, AI/ML, or Business Analytics is a plus, but not required.
  • Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake, dbt, or equivalent platforms.
  • Business system experience (CRM, ERP, PSA, HRIS, EQuIS, GIS).
  • Rapid app development frameworks (Streamlit, Dash) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Industry certifications (CSPO, cloud, or AI/ML).

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Oversee DevOps practices for AI and data solutions, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control.
  • Implement MLOps frameworks to manage the full lifecycle of AI models (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining).
  • Ensure development and production environments are scalable, reliable, and compliant with organizational standards.
  • Partner with IT and Security teams to enforce secure development practices and governance.
  • Drive adoption of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable deployment.
  • Establish frameworks for data quality, model lifecycle management, and documentation.
  • Champion secure development practices and cloud infrastructure best practices.
  • Identify and pilot emerging technologies in AI, ML, and enterprise data.
  • Measure and scale successful innovations across the organization.
  • Bring fresh perspectives to business challenges through data-driven insights and AI solutions.
  • Partner with the Director of Technology to refine and execute the AI & Data vision.
  • Provide insights on emerging trends, technical feasibility, and business opportunities that shape future strategies.
  • Translate strategic direction into prioritized initiatives, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor the AI & Solutions Manager and Data Manager, empowering them to lead their teams effectively.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across AI and data functions.
  • Support career development of technical staff through coaching, training, and stretch assignments.
  • Act as a product owner for internal AI and data solutions, ensuring backlog management, feature prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with senior leadership and project teams to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate technical solutions in terms of business impact and ROI.
  • Lead workshops, demos, and adoption sessions to increase engagement with AI & data tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT - MAINTAIN PHYSICAL CONDITION APPROPRIATE TO THE PERFORMANCE OF ASSIGNED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
