Senior AI & Data Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI & Data Strategy Consultant to drive the development and implementation of AI and data strategies, alongside supporting the delivery of an AI/Agent-based Bid Management Solution. This role requires principal-level expertise in leading AI and data initiatives across global organizations, with a strong ability to integrate theoretical frameworks into actionable business strategies.
Tasks

AI & Data Strategy Development

• Lead the design and execution of AI and data strategies, aligning business goals with cutting-edge AI solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure strategy alignment and business impact.
• Develop structured planning tools, including templates, frameworks, and decision-making processes based on global best practices.

AI/Agent-Based Bid Management Solution

• Design and implement an AI-driven solution to support MineRP and DSD divisions in responding to complex RFPs.
• Ensure the AI agent can:
• Process and analyze a variety of RFP formats.
• Generate proposal templates and draft responses.
• Enable seamless team collaboration across different roles.
• Ensure compliance with RFP and guidelines.
• Deliver a pre-trained, ready-to-use AI solution for trials within weeks, avoiding custom project-based dependencies.

Engineering & Implementation Support

• Provide hands-on support in engineering and algorithmic development.
• Ensure the solution is scalable, deployable within the environment, and adheres to strict AI security policies.
• Work closely with internal IT teams to enable L1 support for business users.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, data strategy, or digital transformation at a principal or senior leadership level.
• Proven expertise in AI-powered bid management, proposal automation, or complex RFP handling.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning models, AI security policies, and data governance.
• Ability to lead strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Experience with Microsoft O365 integration and enterprise AI deployments.
