Job Description We are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of proactive decision-making, goal-directed behavior, and contextual adaptability. This role requires a deep understanding of AI planning, reasoning, and interaction mechanisms, with experience in building modular, agent-based systems for real-world tasks across domains such as enterprise automation, research assistance, and interactive applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement intelligent, autonomous software agents using LLMs and symbolic or hybrid architectures. Develop multi-agent systems that can collaborate, negotiate, and coordinate on complex workflows. Integrate APIs, tools, and services to enable tool-using capabilities in AI agents (e.g., browsing, databases, command-line tools). Implement memory, planning, and goal-management systems within agentic frameworks. Fine-tune or prompt-engineer large language models (e.g., GPT) to support agent behavior. Build environments for agent simulation, testing, and evaluation (e.g., ReAct, AutoGPT-style frameworks). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy agents into production systems. Monitor and optimize performance, safety, alignment, and interpretability of agentic behaviors. Stay up-to-date with research trends in agent-based AI, reinforcement learning, and cognitive architectures. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with agent-based or LLM-integrated systems. Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks. Strong understanding of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and embedding models. Experience with tools like vector databases, graph stores, and memory architectures. Familiarity with reinforcement learning, cognitive architectures, or planning systems is a plus.
