Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for developing and optimizing artificial intelligence solutions, including machine learning and deep learning models, in alignment with business and incubator goals. This includes data analysis, experiment design, MLOps implementation, and ensuring responsible AI compliance. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures. Job Responsibility Develop innovative AI solutions to tackle complex challenges using structured and unstructured data. - Build, test and optimize applications utlizing various LLMs - Build, test, and optimize deep learning and traditional ML models in distributed computing environments. - Design and execute experiments, perform statistical analyses, and create impactful data visualizations to support findings. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with stc.AI Incubator goals and meet customer needs. - Ensure compliance with Responsible AI policies and standards in collaboration with the RUAI team. - Document code, models, and findings while contributing to patents and publishing in scientific journals and conferences. - Partner with engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and implement scalable MLOps procedures for deployment. - Stay updated on the latest AI technologies, tools, and research to drive continuous innovation within the incubator. - Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers or internal teams deploying AI solutions. - Understand customer needs and tailor AI models or solutions to meet specific requirements. - Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure users understand and can effectively use the AI tools Job Responsibility (cont.) Years of Experience 2 - 4 Years Nature of Experience Prior experience in (AI) in a (Telecommunication Industry) Job Band Professional Skills - Machine Learning & Deep Learning Development - Natural Language Processing (LLMs, Transformers) - Data Analysis & Experimentation - MLOps & Scalable AI Deployment - AI Model Evaluation & Optimization Education Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer ScienceAdditional Education Certifications Azure AI Fundamentals Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) Certificate in Business Data Analytics (CBDA) is prefarrable
