Take end-to-end ownership of the product, designing systems to satisfy customers and validating assumptions with data driven insights. Must-have skills Backend engineering experience: at least 5 years of backend engineering experience in one or more programming languages (Python, Java). Team Leadership: at least 1 year of experience in leading teams or projects, including mentoring, code reviews, and owning delivery. Experience with Prompt/Context Engineering is preferred or demonstrate self-learning Prompt/Context Engineering. System Architecture Design: Strong experience in designing and implementing system architectures, including defining technical solutions and making high-level design decisions. AI Tools: Proficient with Claude Code, or other autonomous capable coding agent. Comfortable integrating AI tools into the development workflow. Product-obsessed: You live and breathe product thinking—you’re not just here to generate code, but to own the product and drive its success.
