SENIOR AI ENGINEER - AGENTIC AI SOLUTIONS

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the architecture and
development of sophisticated agentic AI solutions that power our intelligence platform.
This role is critical in advancing our AI capabilities for financial analysis and automation.
The successful candidate will design cutting-edge AI systems, implement advanced RAG
architectures, and drive innovation in natural language processing for financial workflows
using state-of-the-art multi-agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML development
• Demonstrated expertise in developing agentic AI solutions and multi-agent systems
• Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform services, particularly Vertex AI,
• Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and API Gateway
• Hands-on experience with at least one major agentic framework (ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Advanced Python programming skills with experience building production applications using Flask or FastAPI
• Expert knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, vector databases, and embeddings

• Proficiency with Agent Development Kit (ADK) including:
  AdkApp development and deployment
  Agent tools integration (pre-built, MCP, custom functions)
  Session and memory service implementation

  Vertex AI Agent Engine deployment

• Deep understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardized AI-data connections

• Experience with agentic orchestration patterns and workflow management
• Strong knowledge of Text-to-SQL techniques and natural language processing
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques (e.g., auto-evaluators such as LLM-as- Judge)
• Experience with LLM Operations platforms (e.g., Langfuse) and monitoring tools(e.g., Datadog, Google Cloud Operations) Agentic Engineering Competencies
