ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior AI Engineer at Futurice Germany, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the German Mittelstand through the strategic use of Data and AI. This is about reimagining how businesses operate, compete, and grow in the digital era. You’ll design and deliver advanced AI solutions, with a strong focus on generative AI, that align with Futurice’s global vision and our German strategy of driving measurable business impact. Working closely with clients, you’ll uncover real opportunities, co-create innovative approaches, and bring them to life—turning ambition into tangible results. This is your opportunity to help redefine consulting and set a new standard for AI-enabled business transformation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions, with a strong focus on generative AI technologies and their potential applications in digital transformations.
• Explore and experiment with the latest advancements in generative AI, such as large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other relevant technologies.
• Develop reusable assets and tools that can be leveraged across multiple client engagements to deliver value efficiently and at scale.
• Collaborate closely with other team members, including strategists, designers, and other technical experts, to deliver comprehensive and impactful solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the AI field, particularly in generative AI, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
• Contribute to client proposals, discussions, and presentations, showcasing the potential of our AI-driven consulting offerings.
• Be a proactive and motivated individual who can take initiative and drive projects forward to deliver great outcomes for our clients.
