Overview We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Advanced Data Products team and help build the AI and data-driven products that power Games Global. If you love turning messy business problems into production-grade ML/AI solutions — and care as much about reliability and scale as you do about model performance — this role was made for you. Responsibilities What you'll be doing Design and build AI/ML products that drive real business outcomes across GGL — from ideation to production Work closely with business teams (Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing, Operations) to uncover high-value use cases Run discovery sessions to understand problems deeply, then craft the right data science solution Engineer, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems in production — owning the full lifecycle Build and maintain observability tooling to monitor model performance, data quality, and system health Mentor junior engineers in the team — sharing knowledge, reviewing work, and helping them grow Convert model results into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels Scale successful solutions across business functions and regions globally Qualifications What we're looking for 🤖 Strong understanding of machine learning — you know your algorithms and when (and when not) to use them 🏗️ Solid software engineering skills — you write clean, production-ready code ☁️ Hands-on cloud experience, AWS preferred 🚀 Track record of building, deploying and operating ML systems at scale 📡 Experience with observability — monitoring, alerting, and keeping models healthy in production 📊 Ability to turn complex AI/ML concepts into clear business language 🎯 Sharp problem-solving instincts — you break big ambiguous challenges into structured, deliverable pieces 🤝 Strong communicator who can bring sceptical stakeholders on board 👩‍🏫 Experience mentoring, supporting and growing junior engineers 🎓 B.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or related field — B.Eng./B.Tech also considered (postgrad a bonus)
