As a Senior AI Engineer in our AI for Corporate team:

• Design and build your Generative AI and NLP solutions that make internal processes in HR & Finance smarter, faster, and AI-Native.
• You work on concrete use cases such as AI agents for HR/Finance, automated invoice scanning, approval workflows, and predictive models.
• Take independent ownership of features — from idea to production — with a focus on scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI services.
• Are you a bridge builder between tech and non-tech, do you dare to challenge, ask critical questions, and build strong domain connections and understanding?
• Combine your AI expertise with a production mindset and software engineering quality.

Team & working model

• We work in a hybrid model with flexible work-from-home options. We meet on Mondays in Rotterdam and on Thursdays in Amsterdam. Additionally, we regularly organize AI knowledge-sharing and community events.
