REQUIREMENTS

• At least 4-5 years of hands-on engineering experience developing and shipping AI-based products
• Strong foundation in machine learning fundamentals and knowledge of modern LLM architectures
• Experience taking AI systems from prototype to production environments
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages commonly used in AI development, with strong software engineering practices
• Demonstrated ability to build robust data pipelines and ensure data quality
• Effective communication skills for translating complex technical concepts across different audiences
• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

As an AI engineer, you’ll work directly with our CTO, David, to develop robust and user-facing AI systems that transform how businesses make technology decisions.

• Build and ship AI systems that make data-driven decisions better, taking ownership from initial concept to production rollout
• Try out new AI techniques to solve tough problems and test your ideas, quickly turning promising experiments into working solutions
• Engineer robust data pipelines to ensure your models have high-quality data to work with
• Develop metrics-driven evaluation frameworks to benchmark system performance and quantify business impact
