As a Senior AI Engineer, you will lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise-scale AI systems on Microsoft Azure. You’ll drive technical decisions, establish AI engineering standards, and work closely with principal engineers to shape the strategic direction of AI infrastructure across Quest’s SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead development of enterprise-scale AI systems and deployment strategies
• Design scalable, multi-tenant AI infrastructure using Azure services and containerization
• Establish AI engineering best practices, standards, and automated deployment workflows
• Lead integration of AI capabilities across Quest’s Microsoft technology stack
• Drive performance optimization and cost management for AI workloads at scale
• Mentor team members and collaborate with principal engineers on strategic AI initiatives
