Position Related We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in designing, building, and deploying secure and scalable AI solutions within enterprise environments. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, business understanding, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, value-driven outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI engineering, experience with LLMs and RAG architecture, AI Ops and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions. Goals Key Responsibilities Design and deploy enterprise-scale LLM and AI solutions for NLP/ML, conversational AI, automation and agentic workflows. Build and optimize RAG pipelines using enterprise data sources with security and compliance as core principles. Develop and manage distributed training, fine-tuning, and inference systems optimized for large-scale workloads on cloud environments. Integrate AI models into enterprise workflows, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. Implement AIOps best practices for continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management of AI models. Ensure responsible AI usage, including explainability, bias mitigation, security, and auditability. Work closely with cross functional/technical teams to align AI solutions with business priorities, Translate functional requirements and communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Note: Above goals and job descriptions are indicative and subject to change Experience & Qualification Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software engineering. At least 2–3 years of experience with LLM-based AI solutions in enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery, including requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and stakeholder communication. Required Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Python, clean architecture, and production-grade API development. Deep experience with LLM frameworks and tooling such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration and agent frameworks. Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and similarity search technologies. Expertise in model optimization: parameter-efficient tuning, quantization, mixed-precision, distributed parallelism. Experience deploying and scaling AI inference using optimized serving frameworks. Experience building multi-agent systems using agent orchestration tools.
