Credence has an immediate need for a Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML) Solution Architect to join our growing and Automation practice. Join Credence Management Solutions, to immediately bolster our thriving AI and Automation consulting arm. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: In this role, you will design and lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive real-world impact across federal programs. In this role you will guide cross-functional teams, shape technical strategy, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in AI/ML development, cloud platforms, and enterprise-scale systems design. Spearhead the development and execution of groundbreaking projects in collaboration with federal government clients, leveraging advanced AI and ML technologies. Exhibit an unyielding commitment to innovation, playing a pivotal role in propelling projects to successful completion while upholding the highest standards of excellence. Lead and cultivate strong client partnerships, guiding the integration of state-of-the-art AI/ML, automation, and data analytics solutions tailored to the unique needs of the federal sector. While prior expertise in AI and ML is highly valued, an eagerness to continually expand knowledge and expertise in these domains is essential to stay at the forefront of evolving technologies. Masters or Doctoral Degree in an AI Or Data Science related field. Bachelor of Science Degree in one of the following subject areas with 10+ years of work experience: Computer Science, Data Scientist, Information Technology, or related field. Certification Cloud technologies e.g., GCP, Microsoft Azure or AWS is a plus. Security+ Certification; Database Certification is a plus. Must have 5+ five plus years of prior experience with AI/ML and Data Science. Must have hands on knowledge architecting, developing and deploying AI/ML solutions and applications Must have experience with Data Engineering, Data analysis, Data mining, Data visualization, Statistics, and/or Graph algorithms. Must have prior hands-on scripting languages experience in Python. Must have prior experience in developing in AWS, GCP or Azure environments General Systems management and networking skills. Experience with Cloud database tools. Knowledge of AI/ML libraries, models, and tools e.g., LLAMA-2, Pytorch, TensorFlow. Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience, including ETL and data integration. Advanced experience with Ab Initio ETL tools (GDE, Conduct>IT, Express>IT, EME) and developing large-scale data integration workflows. Strong proficiency with DBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, PostgreSQL) and query optimization. Expert-level experience with sustainment life-cycle management activities for enterprise-scale applications. Experience integrating data from multiple heterogeneous systems using Ab Initio connectors and APIs. Must possess an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance; Secret clearance preferred. Certifications (Preferred): Relevant ETL/Ab Initio certifications or DoD 8570 certifications (e.g., Security+). Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, ability to provide technical direction, and proven success in modernizing and sustaining enterprise ETL systems.
