Accountabilities: As a Senior AI Product Manager, your responsibilities include: Defining the product strategy and vision for AI-powered safety solutions, ensuring clarity and actionable goals. Identifying high-impact opportunities and translating insights into prioritized product initiatives. Leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and legal to build scalable AI platforms and solutions. Designing agentic user experiences that are intuitive, human-centered, and adaptable. Establishing metrics to measure product success, monitoring progress, and iterating based on insights. Engaging with users to understand their needs, frustrations, and opportunities for improvement. Keeping abreast of AI/ML advancements and digital safety trends to maintain competitive advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of product, technical, and analytical expertise: 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading complex product initiatives. Experience building and shipping consumer-facing or B2B SaaS products at scale. Strong fluency in AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into product solutions. Exceptional product sense, balancing qualitative and quantitative insights to deliver scalable and delightful experiences. Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments.
